1General Terms

These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between the wj9 platform and its users. wj9 (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us", or "the Platform") is an internationally licensed online gaming service provider.

• No additional charges are deducted on deposits.
• You may only use a payment method registered in your own name.

Wj9 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions. We follow international AML policies to prevent money laundering and may request information regarding the source of your deposits.

4Withdrawal Rules & Process

Here's what you need to know before withdrawing your winnings:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳2,00,000.
• KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Your first withdrawal may take up to 48 hours to process.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.

If additional verification is required during the withdrawal process, we will reach out via email. This verification is solely to ensure the security of your funds.

5Bonuses & Promotional Offers

General terms governing bonuses and promotions at wj9:

• Each bonus has its own wagering requirements, validity period, and conditions.
• The welcome bonus is available to first-time registered users only.
• Multiple bonus claims from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• If bonus abuse is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Winnings from free spins can be cashed out up to a maximum of ৳5,000 (where applicable).
• Wj9 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.

6Gaming Rules & Fair Play

The following rules apply to all players on wj9:

• All game outcomes are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG).
• If your internet connection drops during gameplay, your game state will be saved on the server.
• If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, the affected bet will be considered void.
• In live games, the dealer's decision is final.
• Sports Betting wagers will be settled based on official match results.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on wj9:

• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
• Colluding with other users to influence game outcomes.
• Operating an account using a false or fake identity.

8Account Suspension & Closure

Wj9 may temporarily or permanently suspend an account under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found.
• Failure to pass KYC verification or submission of false documents.
• If suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity are detected.
• At the user's own request (self-exclusion).
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).

If an account is closed, any valid balance will be refunded (except in cases of terms violation). Users may also close their account at any time by contacting our support team.

9Limitation of Liability

Wj9 shall not be held liable for the following:

• Gameplay interruptions caused by internet connectivity issues.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses caused by issues with the user's own device.
• Unauthorized account access or password theft resulting from user negligence.

Wj9 always strives to maintain the highest standard of service; however, we are not liable for compensation in the event of unforeseen technical issues.

10Changes to Terms

Wj9 reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. For significant changes:

• Users will be notified via email or platform notification.
• At least 7 days' notice will be given before any changes take effect.
• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11Dispute Resolution

For any dispute or complaint, we follow the process outlined below:

• If support is unable to resolve the issue, a formal complaint may be submitted.
• Formal complaints will be reviewed within 7 business days.
• If both parties are not satisfied, the dispute can be resolved through a neutral mediator.
